At Shy, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging and include any promotional materials or accessories that came with the order.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
